This site is provided for information. We work to keep it accurate, but it is offered as-is, and product availability and descriptions may change as the line develops.

Software and services

Meridian systems are licensed software; our clients operate their own businesses on them. Solutions engagements are client work delivered to agreement. The rights, obligations, fees, and service terms that apply to any license or engagement are those set out in the written agreement for it — not on this page.

Partnership arrangements — selling or operating Meridian systems for others — are entered only through a corporate agreement.

Intellectual property

The Meridian Arc Global name, brand, this website, and our software are our property or licensed to us. A software license grants the rights stated in its agreement and no others.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The details at the foot of this page record the entity these terms are offered under.
